So, I didn't weigh myself for a couple days, I got on and I was 121... I blurged a little and my wieght went back to 124.5 I always round up. So, I say 125. I weighed myself today after practice and I was 122... ALmost in the 121 range. My coaches have notice since the break. I was out for almost 2 months... Came back and they said I look a lot more thin through my shoulders. I feel great though! MY muscels are tight, but I think it's from being off for so long. I eat one little meal a day... I feel so good! I'm also starting to get to the point where you can see my colar bone and bone right under neath that... it's great! =) Soon I'll be putting pics up if I keep going in this direction! =)

Happy Holidays yall! =) I have actually found that the holidays have helped me lose weight. People see me eatting, their too busy to notice or hear me blurge, and snaking is easier then an actual meal as if it weren't a holiday. Everyone is so busy... I'm the last thing on their mind. It helps. =) I'm down to 120!!! YAY! didn't get to 115 this week like I wanted to, but I have another 5 days for 5 more pounds till new years. one pound at a time one pound a day

Something about you: I need support, so people who needs a friend and can keep up on things wol b great and I'll do y best as well. I also need dvice on how to stick to, or how to lose t fast and not have it be so noticable... I have let myself go, but 115 would be a nice weight, but I want my bones to show. So, anything under 110.... hopefully 103!!! =) Please support and I'm glad to see there are people out there who understand and can help out, thanks! =)

So, I got down to 123 and then my BF started saying I need to eat. He was making food, and putting me in situations when I had t eat. I donno why, e needs to lose weight for westling.... I'm just not going to talk to him anymore about it. He doesn't understand. SOOO, I am back to 126... Hopefully 120 by this weekend or atleast sunday. 6 lbs isn't that much. I figure one week to get t 125, one more week to get to 115 (STGW), then keep it there till new years. Please support me! =) Till next time

so, the first entry I lied about my weight because I was embarrassed.... I am now at 123lb and intaking an average of 400-500 ccals a day or less plus running 6-8 miles. 115 here I come! =)

I haven't been fasting, but I have been working out and only eating one meal a day with maybe one snack. Meals aren't big. Last night I had a salad and a little bit of chicken... day before that like 3 hot wings and a coffee... Do you think this will work if I continue? Do you think I will reach my goal of 115 by january?? I'm 127 right now and was 130 three days ago. I have to get down to 110 to look proportional to my body. I'm only 5'4. Any suggestions onwhat my body should be?

I am about to go stuff my face with chicken and stuffing and bacon. It will be my last meal that I'll actually plan to blurge and then its back to fasting. I can't let people on to my habits. I try to do things "healthy", but I hate how I look. I have to do what I can to stay thin. I'm 126 and 5'3. I will be 115 by new years. I'm glad I finally found a place with people that support with same thoughts.
