BioI am a inbetween anni/bulimic. Sometimes I just work out a lot, and it works to handle all the food I eat. But other times I I fall back on it to help me stay thin when I see the scale or clothes sizes rising. I admire those who are strong to it and resist the cravings brought out of pitty or boredom.
